PSG Office Elections 2023

I pray you are doing well.  The school year has come to a close and I wanted to reach out to you all to help prepare for the coming school year.  Alhumdulillah, our PSG officers did a wonderful job of providing the many exciting events for our students including Fall Picnic, Spirit Week, Camp and Insha’Allah tomorrow, our Field Day.  May Allah (swt) reward them immensely for putting all the smiles on our students and families faces.

We would like to get a head start for the next year with electing some new officers for PSG. Please see the positions below:

• PSG President:  Leads the officers, facilitates PSG meetings with parents, acts as liaison between the school office and PSG officers to provide events for our students and families
• PSG Vice President:  Steps in to help the president with any needs they have while they are present or away.
• Secretary:  Creates flyers, forms, polls, etc and does research to provide other events or opportunities suggested by parents
• Treasurer:  Controls the PSG bank account, issues refunds and pays out any amounts needed

Please nominate one or more people for each of the different PSG officer positions.  You are welcome to nominate a previous officer, yourself or someone you know that would do well in the position.  Please respond  to this email with your nominations by Tuesday, June 6th. Once the nominations are received we will hold an online election to determine our PSG officers for the coming school year.
