Field Trip to UTD

On the 12th of January this year, we went to UTD [University of Texas-Dallas] for a field trip. It was a fun experience Alhamdulillah. We went in the teachers’ and chaperones’ cars. We first went to the UTD library where there were posters about different Muslim scientists from the past. There was also a small childrens’ book section. Once we were done at the library, we went to another part of the campus where they had glass shelves with old pieces of technology, such as old televisions, cameras, radios, projectors, and an old-style iPod. Before leaving, we went to the vending machines and got snacks. Alhamdulillah, it was a fun trip. – Yusuf Tariq
