Parent Orientation

Assalamu alaykum Parents,
I pray you are well and in the best of Iman enjoying the last few days of summer with your children before school starts. The MSE calendar highlights this coming Saturday as Parent Orientation and so we would like to formally invite you to our campus on Saturday, August 19th, 2017 from 2 – 4:30pm.
Parent Orientation is designed to help parents understand school policies and meet teachers in their classrooms for some additional insight regarding their specific level.
Please read the Parent Handbook ahead of the meeting to become familiar with school policies and procedures and bring the signed copy of the Acknowledgement Form with you.
Please arrive by 1:50 to settle in so that we can start promptly at 2. The afternoon’s agenda is below:
2:00 – 2:45 Welcome and School policies addressed
2:45 – 2:55 Parent Support Group
3:00 – 3:30 Primary classroom orientation
3:30 – 4:00 Lower Elementary classroom orientation
4:00 – 4:30 Upper Elementary classroom orientation
Due to the nature of the program we would greatly appreciate if you would make babysitting arrangements for your children.
