Parent Teacher Conferences
March 31, 2017
Assalamu alaykum Parents,
I pray you are well and in the best of Iman. Alhumdulillah we are in the third quarter of the school year and we are steadily moving forward with your support and duas. At this time, we would like to invite you to conference with the teachers of your child(ren) on Friday, March 31st, 2017.
Each conference is allotted 20 minutes and are held back to back. Please arrive five minutes prior to your first conference time and do not stay beyond your scheduled time. It is best to come prepared by sending any questions, comments and concerns you might have to the teacher ahead of the conference date by email so they may address them during the conference time. In the case that more time is needed to discuss your child’s progress, an additional meeting may be scheduled at a later date.
Please see the shared link below that will allow you to sign up under your child’s teacher‘s name. Please make sure to sign up each child under one slot. The slots for upper elementary are a bit bigger due to the small amount of students. In the case of Arabic and Quran you may sign up three students for two slots which are back to back, you may also sign up two siblings that have the same teacher in one slot, otherwise please sign up for each child in a separate slot. A link to the signup sheet has been emailed to all of you.
We highly recommend that both parents be present, if this is not possible however, we require at least one parent to attend.
There is no school for students on this day. Therefore, we kindly request that childcare arrangements are made for your children in order to maximize conference time.
