Enrollment Procedure

1.  Immediately add your child to the waitlist by completing and submitting the relevant enrollment form. You can email us the completed form to [email protected] or conveniently upload the form in our contact us page.
   • Primary and Elementary Enrollment Form (primary and elementary)
   • Middle School and High School Enrollment Form (Secondary Ed) (secondary education)
2. Set up a parent interview and tour by emailing us at [email protected] or calling 214-491-6090
3. Make a family decision and pray istikharah
4. Complete the registration packet.
   • Registration packet for pre-K to 6th grade 2024-2025 (primary and elementary)
   • Registration packet for Secondary Education 2024-2025 (secondary education)
5. Pay applicable fees.
   Please make checks payable to Excellence Academy.
   Please write the student’s name(s) on the memo section of the check.
   Mail check with completed forms to:

6. Wait for the Registrar’s Office to review the application and make a determination of enrollment. An email with the enrollment decision will be emailed to the email address provided on the application.
