Parent Teacher Conferences

Parent Teacher
Conferences will be held over Zoom, InshaAllah. Each conference is allotted 20 minutes and is held back to back. Please join five minutes prior to your first conference time and do not stay beyond your scheduled time. The Google classroom is available for all of our parents to check on the progress of your child regularly. The conference time is limited, so it is best to come prepared by sending any questions, comments, and concerns you might have to the teacher ahead of the conference date by email so they may address them during the conference time. In the case that more time is needed to discuss your child’s progress, an additional meeting may be scheduled at a later date.
Please see the shared link below that will allow you to sign up under your child’s teachers’ names. Please make sure to sign up each child under one slot for each subject that they are enrolled in.
We highly recommend that both parents be present, if this is not possible however, we require at least one parent to attend.
There is no school for students on this day. Therefore, we kindly request that arrangements are made for your children so that you are able to give your undivided attention and maximize conference time while on Zoom.
